                Robert Linkul - CPT/Owner


Robert Linkul is the head personal trainer and the owner of Be STRONGER Fitness. Robert has his masters degree in personal training from the United State Sports Academy (University of Alabama) and a bachelors degree in kinesiology from California State University of Sacramento. Linkul is the Southwest Regional Coordinator with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and was named the NSCA's 2012 Personal Trainer of the year. Robert serves as the chairman for the NSCA's personal trainer special interest group and is the career development columnist for the NSCA's personal training quarterly publication. 


Linkul is an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT *D) and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS *D) with distinction. Robert has also earned a Master Sandbag Instructors Certification from Alpha Strong and is a CPT and CSCS exam preparation symposium instructor for the NSCA. Robert has been in the personal training industry since 1999 and has developed a semi-private group training style that few in the industry have mastered. 



                 Keagan Linkul - CHN/Owner


Keagan Linkul is BSF Holistic Nutritionist and co-owner of Be STRONGERR Fitness. Keagan got her degree from Sacramento State University with a BS in Biology and minor in Nutrition. She has held a CNA (certified nurses assistant) and EMT (emergency medical technician) license. 

Linkul has always had a passion in nutrition and has enjoyed earning her Certified Holistic Nutritionist certification. Believing and trusting in her scientific background, she has learned the scientific truth about nutrition from teachers like T. Colin Campbell, Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn and Dr. Michael Greger among others.

By enjoying WHOLE FOOD PLANT BASED nutrition, we can prevent and treat many diseases allowing us to live a holistic, healthy and happy life.

                John Thomas - NSCA-CPT, TSACF

John Thomas is a Certified and Insured Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator. John has over 5 years of personal training experience that was stemmed from becoming recognized as an Army interim Master Fitness Trainer. 


John graduated from the National Personal Training Institute in 2013 while interning, for over a year, in two other personal training categories of business that spanned from small group training to tactical strength training for firefighter recruits.  In 2013, John also received his NESTA Personal Fitness Trainers certificate, completed the TRX Level 1 Suspension Trainer course as well as a  became a Level 1 trainer in the Functional Movement Screen to help better assess postural and movement analysis.  


John is currently a member of the Army National Guard's 2668th Transportation Company from Oroville, CA. As an Army Master Fitness Trainer, John was responsible for 20+ successful recruit entrances into our military as well as helped numerous current soldiers maintain physical fitness standards. John also helped more than 7 soldiers enter the military and pass physical fitness requirements. John is currently pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology at American Public University and plans to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

for efficient rehabilitation during the healing process. Dan is currently the Director of Rehabilitation at Results Physical Therapy & Training Center in Sacramento, CA where he has worked as a Sports Medicine Physical Therapist for the past 5yrs. Dan currently rehabilitates many athletes of different sports/events and specializes in bridging the gap between the physical therapy treatment table and return to sport. Dan is currently a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Functional Movement Screen Certified (FMS-CM), USA Weight Lifting Certified (USAW-SP1), Graston technique certified (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), co founder of “Head to Toe Running Program” with Fleet Feet Sacramento, lead physical therapist and strength & conditioning coach for the Sacramento Running Association Elite Team, lead physical therapist of “Be Stronger Fitness”, and author of the ebook “Body Mechanic: the self help guide to correcting movement deviations”.  Whether guiding someone through the injury rehabilitation process or correcting movement deviations, Dan has dedicated his professional career toward helping people obtain their optimal potential.

Daniel MacLean, MPT, CSCS, FMS-CM, USAW-SP1

At Be STRONGER Fitness we work closely with our physical therapist Daniel MacLean. The BSF team always focuses on the clients health and safety first especially when they have an injury. By working with Dan we ensure that the communication between trainer and therapist is constant and open, allowing

As our youngest members of the team, Payton and Bristol bring a unique talent to the table. They can make ANYONE smile! So, they were immediately promoted to the Directors of Happiness. 


This face and one year old have an energy level rivaled by none and a work ethic to match. They are Certified Cute and Cuddle Specialist (CCCS) and have their Level II Certified Sweetheart Certification (CSC). As well as masters degrees in Adorable.
