Welcome to the BSF Online Training Bunker!
We are very excited to see that you are interested in training with us from the comfort and safety of your own home! Our online training program is designed specifically to your fitness needs based on two things; (1) your training outcome/fitness goals and (2) any physical limitations you may have (bad back, etc.).
We start this whole process by scheduling a one-on-one Zoom consultation to get to know each other, talk about your health history, discuss your training goals/needs and schedule your first official workout.
Your first couple of workouts will be performed in a one-on-one format until we both feel that you are ready to join a group of "like minded" individuals with the same training needs and goals as you. The camaraderie found in our groups is a key components to what makes our workouts SO amazing! Its like a small family of individuals all supporting, encouraging and suffering together... in a good way of course!
I've had the pleasure of working with with individuals just like you since 1999, all of my education (BS in kinesiology, MS is personal training) has gone towards learning how to work with older adults and with those who have a physical limitation or injury. Over the last 20+ years I have developed a Method (the TOA Method) that focuses on the most important five movement patterns that we perform on a daily basis. These functional lifts must be trained each day to stay strong and keep you moving well and pain free as you age.

ADL(activities of daily living)
ADL workouts are designed for entry level clients who are establishing foundational strength levels to improve their "Activities of Daily Living"
PURE STRENGTH
Pure strength features programming for those with dumbbells and bands at home. This training program focuses on improving overall body strength with athletic intentions.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
The S&C program is a full body resistance training program that features increased strength and
muscular endurance components all designed to develop a well rounded functional body.
HIGH INTENSITY
High Intensity Training features a muscular endurance focus with high volume, high intensity and high effort programing designed for those who like to "push" their limites
